Christopher Shaw

Co-Founder and CEO

Christopher Shaw is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor to private company owners and leaders. As the co-founder of C2, he has served more than two decades helping organizations define vision, prepare for transactions, and realize growth and value in the middle-market space.

Chris began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, earning national honors as an advisor before founding a CRM tech company, ultimately acquired by Qwest/KPMG. His diverse background — spanning technology, manufacturing, finance, and utility — has shaped his ability to craft value and leadership across industries evident in founding a company recognized as a “Best Places to Work”  by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.

The Metropolitan Economic Development Association acknowledged him as Volunteer of the Year for helping develop and guide The Million Dollar Challenge, the nation’s largest minority-focused equity investment event. Passionate about servant leadership and impact, Chris continues to support organizations that seek to “do well by doing good.”

Chris and his wife, Christy, divide their time between Minnesota and Florida, enjoying time with their four adult children and growing family.
